About The Foundry
The Quidax Foundry is our entry level program designed to find, grow, and launch the next generation of A-class Quidaxians. This isn’t one of those “shadow and observe” programs. You’ll build, sell, and grow from day one. You’ll rotate across teams, solve real business problems, and learn directly from the brilliant (and sometimes chaotic) minds behind Quidax.
Our goal? To turn smart, ambitious grads into high-performing engineers, product thinkers, and sales drivers who’ll shape the future of crypto in Africa.
What You’ll Experience
Hands-on Learning (No theory) - You’ll be solving real problems and building actual things from new product features to sales campaigns that move the needle.
Rotations Across Teams - Get a 360° view of how Quidax works from tech and product to growth and customer experience.
Mentorship That Actually Works - You’ll be paired with a Quidax mentor and a buddy who's walked the path you’re starting. Less “corporate talk”, more “real life talk.”
Ownership & Impact - No busywork here. You’ll own projects, make decisions, and contribute directly to our goals.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll fit right in if:
You recently graduated in 2025 with a degree in STEM, Finance, or Business-related fields.
You’re curious, tech-savvy, and hungry to learn.
You thrive in ambiguity, adapt fast, and ask why a lot.
You’ve got solid communication skills and a bias for action.
You can hold your own when things get challenging — and you love figuring things out.
