About the Role
We’re hiring Senior / Staff-level Frontend Engineers who love crafting world-class user experiences and bringing complex financial systems to life through clean, scalable, and performant code.
You’ll be joining the core web engineering team that powers Quidax 3.0 — our next-generation exchange and API platform, building sleek, fast, and reliable interfaces used by thousands of people every day.
This is a high-trust, high-impact role for engineers who care deeply about performance, design, and detail, and want to do the best work of their careers.
What You’ll Be Owning
Build & Scale Frontend Experiences
First 30 days:
Get familiar with our frontend architecture, component library, and design system. Take ownership of one core product area (e.g., Wallets, Trade, or Dashboard).
By month 3:
Deliver major UI improvements that enhance responsiveness, speed, or accessibility across the app.
By month 6:
Lead the implementation of a new feature or frontend microservice, built on Vue (Nuxt.js), that seamlessly integrates with backend APIs and real-time socket connections.
Define and evolve our frontend best practices, ensuring code quality, reusability, and performance at scale.
Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with Design to translate UI/UX concepts into pixel-perfect, interactive experiences.
Partner with Backend and Mobile Engineers to deliver cohesive multi-platform features.
(For Staff Engineers) Mentor junior developers, review PRs, and drive cross-team initiatives for performance and reliability.
Solve for Performance, Reliability & Observability
Optimize components for speed, accessibility, and SEO.
Build reusable component systems using Tailwind CSS and design frameworks like Material UI or @nuxt/ui (Vue).
Drive observability by implementing frontend monitoring, error tracking, and performance metrics.
(For Staff Engineers) Lead architecture discussions to improve scalability and maintainability of the codebase.
Biggest Challenges You’ll Tackle
Here’s what will keep you up at night, but you will want to get it solved like yesterday
Building and optimizing real-time, high-traffic trading experiences that feel instant and reliable.
Managing complex frontend state efficiently with Redux, Zustand (React), or Pinia (Vue).
Maintaining a high bar for code quality while shipping fast.
Balancing technical depth with design precision, building what users love and trust.
What We’re Looking For
You write clean, modular code. You obsess over pixels and performance. You care about design systems and user empathy. And you love seeing your work come alive in products that reach real users.
For Senior Engineers:
6+ years of professional experience in frontend development using Vue 3 (Nuxt.js).
Strong grasp of component-based architecture, responsive design, and performance optimization.

Strong understanding of performance budgets, accessibility, and security best practices.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in fintech or crypto products.
Familiarity with modern JavaScript testing frameworks.
Contributions to open-source or developer communities.
