We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful Recruiter to help us find and close top talent for our Commercial teams - the ones driving growth, partnerships, and customer value. You’ll be filling roles that directly power how much people trade, engage, and grow with Quidax.
This is not your typical recruiting gig where you post a job and wait. You’ll need hustle, strategy, and a bit of charm to bring in A-players who fit our speed and ambition.
Partner with hiring managers to define exactly who we need - and why they’ll move the needle.
Build sourcing strategies that actually work (think less “post & pray,” more “target & close”).
Manage the full recruiting cycle like a pro - from first message to signed offer.
Keep hiring managers in the loop with updates, insights, and realistic timelines (we like honesty over fluff).
Create an experience candidates won’t forget, even if they don’t get the job.
Keep our ATS neat, updated, and useful (yes, we’ll notice).
Work hand-in-hand with People Ops to make onboarding seamless once the hire lands.
Filling key commercial roles in 30–35 days without cutting corners.
Hunting down niche commercial talent in crypto and fintech.
Juggling multiple roles, stakeholders, and timelines — and making it look effortless.
2–3 years of solid recruiting experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or fast-growth startups.
Experience hiring for commercial roles (Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing — you know the drill).
A track record of hitting your numbers and keeping hiring managers happy.
Great communicator, confident stakeholder manager, and spreadsheet whisperer.
Someone who loves metrics (because what gets measured gets done).
Bonus: you know your way around the crypto/blockchain talent world.
Time to Fill: 30–35 days average.
Hiring Manager Satisfaction: 8.5/10 or higher.
Candidate Experience: 9/10 or higher (they should leave impressed, not ghosted).
Quality of Hire: 80%+ of hires meet or exceed expectations after 90 days.
Direct Sourcing: At least 40% of hires come from your own hustle, not job boards.
