About the Role

The ideal candidate is a marketing generalist who's not afraid to dig into the weeds—a true . You will own the entire process, from creating ideal customer profiles (ICPs) by chatting up everyone who's part of the decision making process, collaborating with the Sales team to pinpoint the juiciest target industries and markets, and then—they'll get down to the trenches, crafting killer ad copy and content assets (original articles, whitepapers, and video scripts) that practically write themselves (but you know, with your fingers 😉).

If you can hold your own in a technical conversation, obsess over funnel performance, and can sell reliability and simplicity as differentiators, this is your stage.

Key Outcomes (First 6–12 Months)

Your success will be measured by what you deliver:

  • API & Ramp Growth: Achieve measurable adoption and revenue expansion across target customer segments.

  • ICP Precision: Build clear, data-backed ICPs that align with high-value opportunities.

  • Campaign Performance: Launch cross-channel campaigns that drive >30% lift in qualified leads.

  • Sales Enablement Impact: Deliver content and assets that accelerate deal cycles and improve close rates.

  • Customer Proof: Publish case studies, testimonials, and assets that validate ROI and credibility in key sectors.

  • API/Ramp Adoption Growth – ≥30% QoQ

  • Qualified Pipeline Contribution – ≥25% of total inflow

  • Campaign Conversion Rate – ≥3x previous baseline

  • Number of Customer Proof Assets Delivered – ≥5 by Q4

  • Deal Support Satisfaction (Sales feedback) – ≥90%

Core Responsibilities (What y’ll be owning )

1. Positioning, Messaging & Go-to-Market (GTM)

  • Work with Business Development to define ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and target high-value sectors and companies.

  • Develop deep product understanding and craft messaging that clearly communicates value to different stakeholders.

  • Define unique value propositions versus competitors and ensure alignment with Business Development, and compliance.

2. Business Acquisition & Nurturing

  • Drive demand through webinars, product demos, and high-value resources such as reports and tools.

  • Promote content and campaigns via targeted ads and cross-channel marketing to attract qualified prospects.

  • Support long-term engagement and lead nurturing to move prospects along the sales pipeline

  • Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value prospects and partners.

  • Build targeted campaigns across the funnel; awareness, consideration, conversion, and expansion.

  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion initiatives within existing accounts.

3. Sales Enablement & Customer Proof

  • Partner with Sales on account plans, deal support, and pipeline acceleration.

  • Create industry-specific and account-specific sales decks to empower Sales with tailored materials.

  • Develop customer proof assets including case studies, video interviews, and quotes for websites, decks, and campaigns.

  • Highlight strategic partnerships to reinforce credibility and accelerate deal closure.

Skills & Experience (Must-Haves)

  • 7–10+ years in B2B product marketing, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or payments.

  • Strong understanding of APIs, payment infrastructure, and merchant acquisition dynamics.

  • Proven success launching GTM campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline growth.

  • Excellent storytelling and content creation skills - from whitepapers to ad copy to video scripts.

  • Data-driven mindset - comfortable using analytics and insights to shape decisions.

  • Cross-functional collaborator - able to partner effectively with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities.

Reporting Line

You’ll report to the Director of Marketing and Comms, collaborating closely with Business Development, Product, and Growth teams.
