About the Role
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Associate who loves turning complicated subjects into “ohhh, that makes sense” moments. This role exists because digital assets are relatively new, and deeply useful - and it deserves content that feels simple, human, and exciting.
You’ll be the person who helps our audience actually understand what we do. Through social media, community, video, blogs, and research-driven content, you’ll help developers, operators, and business leaders see how our products fit into their real lives and work. If you enjoy explaining hard things clearly - and doing it consistently - this role is for you.
Key Outcomes (First 6–12 Months)
Your success will be measured by what you deliver:
Content Consistency: Build and run a predictable publishing rhythm across blog, video, and social within 6 months.
Engagement Growth: Increase social and community engagement by ≥40% within 6-9 months.
Launch Support: Create educational and promotional content that drives adoption during every major product launch.
Thought Leadership: Develop 2-3 research or insight-led content pieces that position Quidax as a leader in digital assets and payments.
Community Activation: Launch or grow at least one high-engagement community (developers, fintechs, or merchants).
Success Metrics / KPIs
Content cadence: ≥4 high-quality pieces per week (blog, video, or social).
Engagement rate: ≥40% growth across priority channels.
Launch coverage: 100% of key product launches supported by tailored content.
Community growth: ≥25% QoQ increase in member engagement or reach.
Content performance: ≥2 pieces achieving top 10% traffic or engagement benchmarks.
Core Responsibilities (How You’ll Win)
Content & Education
Create and publish content that simplifies complex ideas - from crypto concepts to API explainers.
Plan and manage the content calendar across blog, video, and social.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to support launches with educational assets.
Social Media & Community
Manage and grow Quidax’s social and community channels.
Turn community feedback and FAQs into content that educates and builds trust.
Experiment with short-form video, visuals, and threads to drive engagement.
Research & Thought Leadership
Translate market insights and product research into blogs, visuals, and stories.
Partner with Product and Marketing to create content that reinforces credibility and sparks conversation.
Skills & Experience (Must-Haves)
5–7 years creating content for technical, B2B, or product-led companies.
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editing skills.
Strong grasp of APIs, fintech, crypto, comfortable turning technical input into engaging content.
Experience managing social media and running content calendars.
Bonus: Video scripting, content optimization, or community management experience.
Reporting Line
You’ll report to the Director of Marketing and work closely with the Marketing, Comms, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
