About the Role
This role is the engine room of our Business Operations team, the one who keeps the ship running on schedule, stocked with supplies, and ready for smooth travel across the world (aka our remote teams). From onboarding to offboarding, asset management to travel logistics, and tool procurement to budget prep - you’ll be the go-to ops wizard making work-life seamless for Quidaxians.

What You’ll Be Owning
Work Tool Procurement
Own procurement of laptops, headsets, and work tools for new hires and replacements.
Work with vendors to ensure tools are available on time and within budget.
Maintain records of costs, delivery timelines, and warranties.
Asset & Travel Management
Track, maintain, and coordinate laptop and work tool assignments — from procurement to recovery.
Maintain an up-to-date asset register, and follow up with managers/contractors for status updates.
Coordinate travel arrangements for team offsites, conferences, or work-related movement, including booking flights, accommodation, and ensuring budget alignment.
CUG (Closed User Group) Administration
Manage our CUG plan for employees: add/remove team members, track usage, liaise with telcos, and keep it running without surprises.
Vendor & Procurement Management
Own relationships with non-People vendors (software, service providers, office ops).
Run procurement processes: compare quotes, negotiate terms, track delivery, and keep costs within budget.
Maintain a clean, up-to-date vendor database and performance tracker.
Finance Ops & Expense Reconciliation
Support finance with purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments.
Maintain spreadsheets and records for Business Ops spend, flagging variances early.
Ensure every naira, dollar, or crypto spent is reconciled against budgets.
What We’re Looking For

are fluent in spreadsheets and comfortable navigating finance/compliance tools

are comfortable working remotely and independently, with excellent follow-through

Reporting Line
You’ll report directly to the Director of People and work closely with the Finance, Security and People Operations team.
